White is lack of color and I don't think they make black.
Black is all the colors, so put in about 10 drops of red, yellow, green and any other colors you have hanging around!

You can find black food coloring at places that sell cake decorating supplies. A little goes a long way because it's actually a paste.

You can also use black vodka for the jello shot.

Blue or grape jello and Jagermeister. Add a dash of peach schnapps for flavor. Delicious!
Don't subject your friends to Sambuca or Galliano jello. Everyone always picks the black jellybeans out of the bag for a reason-- they're gross and nobody likes a gross surprise.
