im male, but nurses get paid well dont they and nurses eventually become doctors. then their is real estate which i like to own and yeah.
which personally is better, and how long will i have to attend collage, what courses and how hard will i have to work compared to the pay off...

You can always find a job in the medical profession anywhere and its good solid money.
In realty you only make money if you sell houses-if you don't then you have no steady income. You'd better be a great salesman. I don't believe there is too much schooling to be a realtor but a nurse is approximately 4 years and more than that if you decide you want to be a doc.

the nurse gets more money hands on but its a lot of hard work. u will be stressed all the time. i suggest being a real estate agent. ;D
