Disha,
you seem to be approaching this challenge from the wrong way.
CHEAP is not the way to go on construction.
suggest u spend some time with the following books.
'house building for dummies' any house building by your self book at the library.
'48 days to work u love' d.miller. very poor is a place to start life ,not stay there. u'll learn what u may actually like to do and earn good money.
'total money makeover' d.ramsey.com how to own ur money is good.
'think and grow rich, black choice' n.hill agin very poor is a choice not birthright.

you can build a larger place BUT u need real hands on knowledge. heck volunteer at Habitat for Humanity to learn some skills.

A lot depends on the building codes where you live.
I'm guessing you are not in north america, so not a problem.
Cement/concrete is very expensive & heavy to erect.
These days, people are using foam slabs for insulation.
These are very light & can be covered with cement.
But it's a special formulation which sticks to the foam.
Or concrete can be poured around foam slabs in forms.
