You are losing contact with reality. If you live with relatives, have one take you to the emergency room, preferably in a hospital that has a psychiatric unit. If you don't live with someone else and have friends or relatives nearby, call one of them. If you don't have any of those contacts, call 911. The operator will know what to do.
You are in a stage right now that you know something is wrong. If you cross that line into thinking all those things are real, you won't be able to help yourself. So please call someone right now. Please.

You don't need us, you need to rush to a psychiatrist and get on the right medication. Medication stops the thoughts and hallucinations. OCD is controlled by medication but must be taken as instructed. None of this means you are a bad person; you just have chemical imbalances in your brain that needs medication to straighten it out. Similar to a diabetic who must take insulin. Please, please get help. Don't let these voices and hallucinations make you do things that could be illegal, and you spend some time in prison. Get help, get medicine and be free to live your life as you choose. Many people have OCD and depression, on medicine and no one is the wiser. Problems arise when they don't take the medicine.

If you can't leave your room to see a doctor then call one up to your house, or have someone take you there. These, "hallucinations" could be a sign of claustrophobia as a result of locking yourself in you room. The fantasy rituals could be a way of dealing with your locked in reality and if this is the reason, then it is just a normal way people with OCD and depression, or anyone for that matter, deals with their loneliness, weather it's because others isolate them or because they isolate themselves.

You need to go to emergency. You are delusional and possibly starting to hallucinate. There is medication that can help, but you have to go get it. Someone at the ER will help.
