how can we tell what they're thinking?

Ok, ladies...how can we tell if our men are thinking about the "m" word? We discussed it months ago, and at the time, I wasn't ready. I have since told him that I am. He says he is too, but hasn't given me any indication as to when he might want to "tie the knot". I don't know if he's thinking soon or years from now. I don't want to seem pushy, but I'd like to know. What do you ladies out there think?

I guess you will know when he asks you about rings or gives you one....or better yet just talk about it with him.
