Menopause at an early age?

Is it normal for a 36 year old woman to lose her period, but hasn't had sex during her ovulation period? I cannot find the answer anywhere, and my OB/GYN is on vacation for the month.

Could be many other things. Stress. Weight loss. Weight gain. Other hormone imbalance issues.

Is your hair color "salt and pepper"? I recall reading that a woman who is "salt and pepper" or goes gray very young will often have early menopause.

But do check in with your doctor for a physical and hormone check up.
