Can someone translate from Bulgarian?

Got this out of some lyrics. You will have to excuse my ignorance but im not too sure about what language it is; my best guess is Bulgarian.

Prez gorite, prez poliata,
pod zvezdite, nad zhitata,
na samolet, korab i mototsiklet
Shte patuvat prez noshta,
risuvat prez denia i shte spiat do obed

It is Bulgarian ok. Here's an attempt at it, though I am not a native speaker, just a regular visitor from the UK.

Through forests, through fields,
under the stars, over the wheaten fields,
on plane, ship and motorbike
They will be travelling during the night,
drawing during the day and sleeping till lunchtime
