It is not healthy to lose 18 pounds in 4 weeks. I would not take hydroxycut or another medication which increased my heart rate. You run this risk of cardiac problems. Cut your calories, DO exercise. 45 minutes of brisk walking 3 times per week and you will see a noticeable change in one month. Also 500 calories a day is not healthy either. Whatever you do, don't take the hydroxycut. A "Healthy" realistic goal is 5 pounds per month. If your metabolism is higher, you may lose more.

The hydroxycut won't do anything. Save your money.

If you do NO exercise you won't meet your goal. But if you can eat 500 calories a day and just do minimal exercise (walk 1 - 1.5 miles) you will lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

All those weight loss pills really don't work. Honestly, I tried Hydroxycut because I was desperate, and it just didn't work. After I stopped taking it, I increased my exercise and ate right (u can cut back on calories), but make sure you are eating foods that are nutritious, not just calorie fillers. If you feed your body right, then it will listen to you. If you only need to lose 10 lbs, you probably wont be able to lose 10 in 2 weeks. If you figure it out, please let me know.

at 16 and still going through puberty you shouldn't be restricting the caloric intake. you need to be eating healthier foods. when the caloric intake is low the quality of the nutrients needs to be increased which means consuming mainly whole foods.

why are you 16 and not exercising? lazy teens grow up and become lazy adults.
