what kind of bedspread can I use with a high profile mattress?

Just bought a sleigh bed and high profile mattress set. The bedskirt and comforter set I have won't work anymore. Any suggestions for a beautiful bed?

i bought a chenille throw bedspread. I bought larger size because of the height. www.blair.com has some nice ones.
