Is the flavored water we drink like Fruit2o good for you? Like regular water is? Theres no sugar, but it has all the preservatives and sweeteners in it.

It's best to stay as close to natural as possible...regular water will grow on you if you stick to it. You could always add a slice of lemon or lime to it if you want the extra flavor.
But most important of all, stay away from soda, regular or diet. Get a nice water bottle that you like and it will encourage you. Cheers, Rose

NO!!!!!!!!!!! No flavored water is good for you because they all contain false sweeteners. These contain a certain chemical that totally ruin your nerve cells, and nerve cells can't reproduce themselves like other cells in the body. Trust me; my aunt is a doctor and I asked her. She's been a doctor for over 30 years. And plus, you should drink regular water over any other thing out there even if there is nothing wrong with it because water is just better. :D:D:D
