HElp. I am trying to set up my new laptop with Outlook Express?

It is telling me that I need to enter server names for both incoming and outgoing mail. I have tried several different options, pop3, imap, smtp, but nothing is working. I don't know if the incoming and outgoing should be different or the same, or even which one goes where..Please help!

It depend on whos hosting your emails, it differ from company to company

Get that info from your internet provider. If you are using a web email, but you want do your emailing via outlook, you need to chose pop3 in outlook. Your web email should tell you how to send messages to outlook, in the help section somewhere if it can send pop3. Not all do.
