Why does it matter? I assume you adopted her from a reputable shelter or rescue and she is spayed, right?

Usually after a b**ch has had a litter of puppies their teets will sag slightly. Similar to a woman who's breast fed her baby. You can also ask the shelter/rescue if the previous owner disclosed any of that information, some will provide previous vet records and you can contact them about the dog and find out more information that you were originally given.

Your vet can figure that out take her to her check up and then ask. I think dogs have to be 3 years or up to have a litter of puppies.

Your vet can probably tell when he spays her if she is not already spayed. Otherwise, there is really no way to tell by looking at her.
