waxing might cause same problem or even more( like ingrown hair ..etc.) but not all ppl's skin react same way, better try to tell. if same things happened even when waxing better advice is to scrub the area you wana wax before do' so. after wax' use a relieving wipes , you usually get together with your wax' package. for extra insurance, better wash the area waxed directly with soft cleaner& leave dry without using any moisturizers till the next day. Baby-powders(Johnson&johnson) can help so much to avoid rush & etch' in that area, as it keeps your skin fresh& relaxed. you can use it the first 2 days after waxing. after that your skin will be not so sensitive , you can appl all without worry' of any side effects. it's believed that using tree oil products can help relieve skin after shave/ wax, i tried it personally & i find it really great insipte of the strong smell, u can buy it as wipes from The Body Shop for example...

I recommend waxing. Be sure to go to a professional for at least the first few times you get waxed. They'll make it easier and less painful for you.

Quit shaving in an upward stroke. You are shaving against the grain. You won't get as close of a shave, but you won't get the bumps either.
