Clavamox will not properly treat an ear infection. Yes, Clava is an antibiotic, but when you run Clava through a culture and senstitivity for the organisms that cause ear infections it does NOT do a good job of killing the organism at all. It is NOT very effective, therefore I would advise you to not give your dog Clava. Why give him/her antibiotics that will not solve the problem.
If your dog has an ear infection, get proper medications from your vet that will treat the infection.

Clavamox is an antibiotic. It is mainly used to treat kennel cough or infections. I don't think there would be wrong with using it, but be sure to keep an eye on the infection to make sure that it is gettint better, or to get on some different meds.

Clavamox is a very good antibiotic. But I would put in a call to the vet and get an opinion.

Deep bacterial infections usually need oral antibiotics, but Clavamox isn't usually a first choice. Most ear troubles require topical meds.

It would not be my first choice, but you could...assuming that it was effective against that infection.
