I'm looking for good, free software to convert divx files to wmv?

Are there any free websites or software that convert divx to wmv without leaving a watermark, or having a time limit?

What type of the dvix files did you have ?
Is it *.avi file or *.mp4 file ?
There's no software that you need at present.
I think you should use the software that can decompress the dvix file into avi / mpeg file, after that they will be converted into wmv file
