I hope you cannot find any such article, but you might phone the White House. I suspect their Science Advisor may have something.....
Anyone who says there is no such thing hasn't read up on the subject or has a financial reason to dispute the facts. There are virtually no reputable unbiased scientists who beleive that global warming is not for real. It is caused by man-made "greenhouse gases"(GHG), mostly cabon dioxide, that are accumulating in the atmosphere. CO2 is made by burning fuel, especially coal, but also natural gas, gasoline, and diesel. The effect of global warming is easily seen in the record loss of Arctic ice cover, the crumbled Larsen B ice shelf in Antarctica, rising sea levels and record high temperatures across the globe.
It is, in a sense, too late to prevent a lot of what is going to happen in the next century. We need to minimize burning of fossil fuels (especially coal) by taxing and regulating (hold your noses you republicans) industries dumping CO2 into our atmosphere.
Think of it this way- the atmosphere is your local park, and there are a few people leaving their garbage on the ground, but it is everybody's park! Obviously you tell the people making the mess to stop and clean up. The problem with global warming is you cannot see CO2, and it can be hard to pin down certain countries to stop dumping their garbage (CO2) in our atmosphere (i.e. China). It is the classic tragedy of the commons. The biggest polluters will listen only if it hurts them financially, and the atmosphere doesn't care if you are a liberal or a conservative. This issue is apolitical.
But we can all contribute- buy a hybrid, drive less, change to CF lights, unplug your electronics, eat less meat (cows produce lots of GHG), buy energy efficient appliances, use wind, solar and (gasp!) nuclear energy. We desperately need technology that can cost- effectively remove CO2 from the atmosphere. Push your local politicians to take action, your children and their children will be the ones that suffer from our legacy.

Zapid, there are a number of articles published by skeptics that refute different claims made about global warming. If you are looking for one article that refutes every aspect of the theory, that may be a bit much to ask for. But I can point you to a few peer-reviewed articles (and blogs by scientists) you may find interesting.
* Is the observed warming real or partially caused by poorly sited weather stations or the Urban Heat Island effect? The IPCC says the Earth warmed about .74C over the last century. But recent evidence indicates that about half of that may not be real but may have been caused by having weather stations positioned on top of parking lots. The work to document the quality of weather stations is still going on. Once complete, the temperature record is expected to be adjusted down.

* Stephen Schwartz of Brookhaven National Laboratory has proposed a much lower climate sensitivity to rising CO2. His calculations were based on ocean heat content rather than the more compromised surface temperature record. Once the temperature record is adjusted, it should be more in line with ocean heat content record. Schwartz’s calculations indicate global warming will not cause any catastrophes.

* About a month ago, Roy Spencer just found a negative feedback in the tropics that is not reflected in any of the computer models. This may explain why the Earth is not as sensitive to CO2 as expected. http://blog.acton.org/uploads/Spencer_07GRL.pdf
You may also want to read the "Summary Conclustions" of Roger Pielke. Dr. Pielke is probably the most respected climate scientist on the planet. Pielke writes:
"In terms of climate change and variability on the regional and local scale, the IPCC Reports, the CCSP Report on surface and tropospheric temperature trends, and the U.S. National Assessment have overstated the role of the radiative effect of the anthropogenic increase of CO2 relative to the role of the diversity of other human climate forcings on global warming, and more generally, on climate variability and change." you won't find a scientific article in which a skeptic argues that global warming is false. You may find one that indicates worst case scenarios are unlikely or other factors may contribute more than originally thought.
but you will find no such article that states AGW is false

People who believe in Global Burning have the ability to become complete enemies of non-believers. Believers will do what they must do to survive. One way or another, our planet will be returned to a livable and sustainable condition. Thank you.

I am sure you could find a Bush appointee that published such a load of crap. Probably within the last couple years, since that administration is so into the "Teach the Controversy" theory.

I do believe - Isn't that what the lion said in Wizard of Oz?
If "global warming" was real, why do you have to believe? Do you know or believe the moon is 250,000 miles from Earth?
If it was real, you wouldn't have to believe. There - you answered your question yourself.
