The Dandelion which grows as a weed in your back yard is a healthy food. Gather young leaves (about 2 inches long). Boil them about 2 minutes in salted water (1 teaspoon per pint) and discard this water. If you like the greens warm, a little butter improves the flavor. You can also run the leaves through a food processor and put them in a gelatin dessert mold for a cold salad. I am now 83 years old and have eaten them all my life, so they won't hurt you. Sour Dock (another weed) can be used the same way.

Not being a farmer I be live most of the vegetables have iron. Also animal have iron. This deduction is based on the fact that all are created from mother earth. Mother earth has iron as one of her ingredients. Just keep on munching away at celery, carrots, chili peppers. Soon you will be called Mr Iron man.

Spinach, red meat, liver.

Liver. If you do decide to eat liver, stay away from 'predator' liver. Predators have a lot of iron in their livers and too much iron can be fatal. For the same reason, be sure you don't eat too much liver. You might want to research it before starting a 'liver' diet.
