It's stupid to assume that Jesus and/or the Lord is to blame, or to praise, for every single thing that happens. There's a Chinese proverb that goes along the lines of, 'If the fly becomes the spiders dinner, is [the Lord] to blame?'
It's along the same lines for your paint-in-the-eye problem. I'm sorry, but you're kinda retarded for asking the question in the first place.
