This is not "normal" behavior. Your major problem is NOT weight loss and weight gain. If you can talk to a counselor, you may understand the underlying emotional stress you are experiencing, and will be able to heal.

I've been learning about this stuff in Health Ed.

It sounds to me like you may be getting into a mix of a few eating disorders: Beinging, Bulimia, and maybe a little of something else. If you don't eat when you're upset, then you should always try to eat your normal three meals to get your stomach back on the normal day of eating. If you're very skinny for your age, then you might be anorexic. Beinging is overeating, then getting rid of it by throwing up, so that's not good either.

I suggest getting help, because if its bad now and its making you upset, then later on in life it'll be terrible and will make you even more depressed.

Hope this helps some.

Eating dissorders are a terrible thing. Dont feel bad about yourself just eat healthy and exercise. eat balanced meals. that truely is the best advice
