God was the father...Jesus is the son...and the Holy Spirit is our Counselor here on Earth.

If you believe in the trinity yes. God is made up of the three Father, Son and the holy spirit. When Jesus ascended into heaven he said he would send the great comforter the holy spirit which is here with us now to help us.

Gid is the Father and Jesus is the Father and teh Son. I now this sounds like it doesnt make sense, but God is the Father and Jesus is God's physical manifestation. Thats why the say man is made in the likeness of God.

For a child is born, to us a son is given,
and the governement will be on his shoulder.
HE WILL BE CALLED WONDERFUL COUNSELLOR, MIGHTY GOD, EVERLASTING FATHER, PRINCE OF PEACE.
The Counselor is the Holy Spirit (Jesus sends us the Counselor), Everlasting Father- the Father, Prince of Peace - a title given to Jesus Christ. They are one person. With many more examples to prove Jesus Christ is God.

THE FATHER

THE HOLY SPIRIT
Its hard for us to think of ONE GOD as 3 persons but thats what we have to believe...In simple terms I put it as one priest tried to explain when i was little,,,Someone can be a son to someone and also an uncle to someone and also have a son and be his dad ,,but he is still the same ONE PERSON....its my only way to sort of understand this ..Not sure if it helps you ..But yes JESUS is GOD the FATHER,,THE SON and the HOLY SPIRIT..
