okay i just got my kodak camera four days ago.
and now everytime i turn it on it shows the whole kodak thing and then it goes to a black screen,
i can't take pictures ,they'll just turn out black
this is my 5th camera i've hadd.
my mom would be so mad if it's ALREADY broken after 4 days...

Put in some new batteries and run the menu to make sure the display is not set to turn off to save energy. It is an option on some of the Kodaks.

Usually its cheaper to just buy a new one than fix it.

But if you really want to fix this particular camera, try the following website:

They're awesome. A great place to buy, sell & repair. They're located on the west side of Manhattan in NYC. I used to go there all the time and they fixed my old Nikkon. They do accept shipping for repairs I believe. Check it out at least.

Take it back with your warranty. Maybe you should get one of those toddler cameras that I've seen avertised. Fisher price I think is the brand.
