In the US, I buy unsweetened iced tea with lemon.
Other than mineral or soda water, I cannot find a lo-carb drink.

Poland Spring makes flavored sparkling waters - in Raspberry-Lime, and Mandarin Orange. No sweetener at all - but very refreshing.

Well, I was going to say unsweetened iced tea but you've figured that one out. The only other thing I can think of is plain old water. I think the flavored waters have a small amount of artificial sweeteners in them but it might vary between brands.

I would seriously suggest that you try and stray away from artificially sweetened drinks. I used to drink diet drinks with aspartame and splenda for a long time. I've only recently quit since reading everything I can about those chemicals. it truly is scary. Try to adapt and give up on those drinks, or drink regular drinks with real sugar. High fructose Corn syrup is another potential hazardous material. I like your choice of unsweet iced tea with lemon. try natural spring water also. If you like coffee, I think that's ok too, and natural juices.

You could blend fresh raspberries and ice with your tea in a blender, or soda water mixed with pineapple or orange juice and crushed ice. Just enough juice to taste since you're trying to keep the carbs down.

Brown sugar is sweet , Honey too is a organic determination. synthetic sweeteners are chemical substances. And extreme fructose corn syrup.... The operative word is extreme FRUCTOSE> too plenty candy! additionally the subject people have with corn syrup is it somewhat is in each and every thing! Why does bread have it? Or sliced meat? The FDA could be horse whipped.

Try a smoothie. You tell them what you want in it, they make it for you. Very healthy.
