do you guy's think know that bungie has left microsoft halo 3 might come out to the ps3?

Microsoft still has exclusive publishing rights with Bungie for an unspecified period of time. Most likely, during that time, you will only see games for the Xbox. After that, anything is possible...except Halo. Microsoft keeps the Halo IP. It is very doubful you will see Halo for anything other than Xbox or PC.
From a previous comment, actually Take 2 owns Oni and Myth, the Bungie titles before they were aquired by Microsoft. Neither MS or Bungie can do anything with those games. Marathon is 100% Bungie's.

I think Bungle owns Halo because Bungie was working on Halo way before MS bought it. It was supposed to be a RTS, then it got changed to a first person shooter.
But anyway, as part of the deal, Bungie will not make Halo for the PS3. Bungie can make other IP games for other systems, just not Halo. There's no way that MS was going to let Bungie make Halo for any other systems.

Microsoft owns Halo and every other franchise Bungie ever made any game of while owned by MS (which pretty much means the only franchise they have left is Marathon).
Plus, it should be noted that Sm still owns a partial stake in Bungie, just not a controlling stake (or the total ownership it had before). Thus, MS will still likely get preferential treatment.

Halo won't be out on the ps3 but it is rumored that bungie is to begin a multiplatform game development division and the first game will be very similar to the halo feel...

Halo is owned by Microsoft, but now bungie will be able to develop other games for any console they please, but no, there will never be halo for the ps3.
