If you have comprehensive insurance, it will pay, minus your deductible, of course.
If, by burned up, you mean the engine fried, that is not covered of course, the truck has to be actually fire damaged.

Comprehensive will cover the loss ONLY if the overheated engine caused something to actually catch fire. It will NOT cover the causation of the fire itself.

Comprehensive coverage pays for damage by fire (usually fire means flame must be present). If you do not have comprehensive (liability only) then your insurance will not pay.

If by burned up you are talking flames, yes, providing you had fire, theft, collision coverage. If by burned up you mean the engine is now ruined because of overheating, no.
