I got my 4 wisdom teeth out plus the 4 moulers beside them Friday, not i have a horrible taste in my mouth. it kind of tastes like a skunk smells and i can barley open my mouth and my jaw feels out of place, like it's too far to the right, what do you think would be wrong? I've followed all the intrusions to the tee that my dentist gave me, do you think my gums got infected or something?

Nope, no drugs, tossed those the next day, I don't have too much pain just the horrible taste in my mouth and the stiff jaw and numbness where it's swollen

You're hopped up on drugs aren't you?! Don't worry about it. You may have blood still seeping and if you're on pain killers you'll have all kinds of weird feelings. It took me about a week to be back to normal. I mean, to not be on so many drugs and not too bad of swelling.
