I have anxiety and depression. I get mood swings a lot especially when I am PMSing. The emotions are not extreme so I think its pretty normal. Sometimes something sad happens and you cry . Later that day something might make you smile. There is nothing wrong with that.

about 5 years ago, I started to fall into a really depressive episode. At first I thought it was only because I had a bad break from a relationship but the feelings wouldn't go away even after I got a new girlfriend. It was wrecking my life until a point where it was seriously affecting my work and personal life.

She was very worried but at the same time couldn't understand why I was still sad and thought that I still couldn't let go of my previous relationship. Being the wonderful person that she is, she put aside her feelings and suggested I go for psychiatric evaluation. Many months later and even more anti-depressants, I was not coming close to being better at all.

After doing some research online, I found out the real cause as you described it really makes a lot of sense and purchased this program. The results were simply astonishing. I read this book over three times and put all words in action. Using this method, I've kept my depression at bay ever since. Up to date I'm still living happily with my girlfriend.

This is totally normal. I have ocd so i understand what your going through. I have mood swings all the time. It is very commin to have those. And of course you will be happy. Just have faith and hope that it will get better. I did and i am a thousand times better than i used to be. Just keep pushing through and dont let anyone or anything get you down. Take some time for yourself and just appreciate yourself. But if you try you can be happy. People may think this isnt possible but it can happen with depression and anxiety. Just keep going! Hope that helps

When I had it, it was possible to have moments of what feel like happiness, more like light moods where you seem okay (not exactly bubbling over happiness), but they were few and far between. I remember it being mostly grey with the occasional break in the grey of a ray of sunlight. You hang onto and remember those rays as much as you can when you are going through it.

I am single mum. I have been suffering for panic attacks for some 15 years now, though it was not until recently I understood what they were. They were progressively getting stronger and more frequent, stopping me from some days even leaving my house. I read this book and it all made perfect sense.

I am not saying I was not terrified of putting theory to action, I was more scared of that than the next attack! But I decided to view it as a game, one I had control of and could therefore not lose!

Well, I've been diagnosed with both, and though I do have some happy moments, most of the time I feel down.

It is called rapid cycling. It usually comes with Bi-Polar. You don't have to have euphoria to be Bi-Polar. There are many different forms and symptoms. Bi-Polar is very hard to diagnose.

Try the link below - it has a test of symptoms.

It's a chemical imbalance, so until you get the right meds, you'll have all kinds of crazy feelings.

I suffer 26 hours a day. I am never at peace. My "normal" mood is several steps below happy.
