Puppies can have their vaccinations at 6, 8 and 10 weeks. 12 weeks they will need their rabie vaccination. The puppies can go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age.
Depending on the breed, if smaller like the chihuahua or pom I suggest waiting until they are at least 10 weeks old, eating good and maintaining their weight before going to their new homes..

8 weeks of age. Sooner than that and they are too young, plus they still have immunity from their mother so the vaccination does nothing. 8 weeks is the best time and include a health record with each pup when it goes to it's new home so they can be sure to get the other vaccinations on time.

Take them to the vet at 7 weeks. Get vaccines and worming. Let them go to new homes at 8-9 weeks.

Yeah listen to all these people and start shooting the dog full of vaccines at an early age and continue the assault until they are 16 weeks old, then add in a rabies vaccine and heartworm prevention, pour chemicals on them for fleas and ticks and then feed them cheap corn based diet then sit back and wonder why all your owners are calling you to say the dog is sick, has mange, is vomiting, has diarrhea or any other whole host of trouble.
Learn something about vaccines.

At about 7 weeks old. Then they go back every 3 weeks, until they are 16 weeks old.

pups should be wormed along with mohter at 2,4,6,and 8 weeks. They should get their first set of shouts at 6 weeks old.
They should be ready to go at 8 weeks old or when they are eating solid food.
