I do not like it but it is not as bad as some of the other changed. I do not like the new reporting system but the old where you could chose what rules someone was abusing.
Also I have long requested if they are going to change it allow more width to the answer so that those of us who do long answers, it will not look so long all smashed into a narrow strip so more people will read it but it seems to be about the same width or maybe even narrower.
why did they not change that if there were going to change something. I do not mind it being white instead of green I guess but having the stuff on the left and right reversed is hard to get used to but I guess we will have to or else leave,.

"A bit" is an understatement. Its changed A LOT. And I absolutely dread it. The question page is way too long and uneven. It gives me a head-ache. Hopefully Yahoo changes it back. There was nothing wrong with how it was before.
But its the same as stars. Before stars, you could thumb-up/down questions. Then they changed it to stars one day. Y!A was a mad-house. Everyone was complaining. Now, people like stars. Hopefully it will be the same with the new format.

The new screen has been going back and forth for me for a couple of weeks now. Some days I have the new format, some days the old.
I think I actually like the new format better.

Most people don't. I use Firefox with the AdBlockPlus plug in and I can't really tell a huge difference. It is the other way around, with a different font. But everyone is complaining about the ad space. I don't see them at all.

Change usually annoys because the brain has to register the change and get used to it, our brains work only with the known not with the unknown, hence it will take time to make you feel comfortable. Take a chill pill.

I used to be on level 5 with 50 fans.. now I'm on level 1 with no fans... so YES, I hate the new format

I'm not fond of the new format, but I'd forgive them for it if they'd give me back my avatar.
EDIT: Okay, now I'm annoyed that bull fighting gets to be in society and culture, but horoscopes are relegated to entertainment. Grrrrr.

Have you noticed that your thumbed down comments are moved to the bottom of the list? That's pretty cool! There are some other cool things I noticed too. They are trying to make it better. Change is good.

I am not crazy about it either, but I do enjoy seeing bull fighting popping up on the right side. Where the heck did that come from?
