That is are they right pawed or left pawed?

Yay for serendipitous questions! I just asked my vet this exact question yesterday, and her answer? Absolutely. It's not as noticeable as it is with people, because dogs don't do a lot of the precision things with their front feet that humans do, like write or brush their teeth. But most dogs tend to lead with one foot while running, and use the same foot when you teach them "shake" or "high five," and to paw at things.

Maybe yes. My female dog starts digging with her right paw, and the male always "greets" with the left one.
But maybe the dominance is not as strong as in humans)

My Pit when she wants a little attention always puts her right paw on me. I don't know if it means anything or not.
