God creates some people who's purpose in existence is to be sent to Hell. Is this concept Biblical?

I know God knows all and sees all. He knows the future and who will fail Him and who won't so can that be true that some people's existence is to fail God and be sent to hell?

God has chosen some out of the human race to be saved through the finished work of Christ, thus inheriting eternal life. Others of the same human race are not chosen to eternal life and therefore foreordained to everlasting punishment.

In other words, God sovereignty ordains the eternal destiny of every human being—the lost as well as the saved.

In the case of the elect there is a divine intervention called regeneration. This is a sovereign work of God the Holy Spirit whereby a sinner who is spiritually dead is made alive. It is this that enables a sinner to see and enter the Kingdom of God (as Jesus teaches in John 3). In other words, God works in those whom he has chosen to enable them to repent and believe. All the praise, credit and glory belongs to God alone, not to the elect sinner who repents and believes.

In the case of those who are not elect, however, there is no internal work of God. It is not God who makes them evil. They already are evil. In their case the Word of God only hardens them in their sin. And it is to them alone—and not to God—that the blame therefore must belong for their final reprobation.

“For the children not yet being born, nor having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works but of Him who calls,…“Jacob I have loved, but Esau I have hated’. …Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens…..Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?” Romans 9:11,12,18,21

If people have already been predestined to hell or heaven why do so many calvinists still go out there an preach the bible and waste their own time and money doing it. John chapter 3 verse 16 ,17 " For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Man was created with a free will so he can choose what he wants and also with that he will also be answerable for his actions

God said to moses , " I will save who I will" most people get this back wards. We all deserve damnation , eternal separation from God. God in his mercy provided a way for some of us to escape. This is the hard part . We have free will. But God knowing the future knew everyone who would live on to him and wrote their names in the Lambs book of life . Predestination.

God has always used Evil to promote good.

this is one of the main reasons people can't swallow the Christian dogma: it is totally illogical. You are searching for the truth here. You are looking at the situation logically. If you challenge yourself to go the extra step and think outside the dogma, you will realize that it MUST be all made up stories.

Try. I bet you can do it. You don't have to admit it or anything, but just use your inquiring wonderful mind and try to come up with a decent explanation.

There isn't one.

God is omniscient, and knows everything, from eternity past to eternity future.

God in His foreknowledge is not at fault if He knows what are our choices. He gave those choices available to all of us.

The last king of Judah, Zedekiah was given the same choice. He has to pick a good one but chose to fight and suffered the consequences.

The godly King Hezekiah was about to die but ask God to extend his life. God heed his cry and prayer.

People go to hell because they chose not to accept Christ as the only way out of the lake of fire.

John 8

23And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

24I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

No. God creates people to return to him. People condemn themselves by their own actions, not Gods.
