Lattes and cappucinos can be decaf or caffeinated ... but generally if you do not ASK FOR 'decaf' what you get will have caffeine ... and if you buy it 'pre-packaged' it has caffeine unless it says 'decaf' very clearly on the label. Frappucionos are the same ...

Not a stupid question at all.. Yes they have caffeine but are usually available in decaf~ as well.

When ordered as a blahblahblah latte or a so and so frapp.
it is served with caffeine. but you can request decaf and they will use decaf coffee/expresso for you.

Anything with coffee has caffeine;-{ unless it's decaffeinated.
Espresso coffee has higher caffeine than American coffee.
The temperature of the steam instead of boiling water is why.

You can get decaf versions of those at many places, but all those drinks do have caffeine since they are coffee-based.

yes - you can ask for a decaf latte. I am not sure about fraps - I dont drink them
