How about nonfat yogurt and some fresh herbs? Stir in chives and maybe some green onions.

You can also use extra virgin olive oil and maybe some pepper and salt. This would be good for tomatoes! Yummy!

Try recipe websites like Allrecipes.com or Recipes.com.
In the search box type in "healthy vegetable dip" or something like that. I bet you'll get some good ideas.

Have you tried hummus? I think it is pretty healthy, although it does have some oil in it..
Peanut butter is great on celery.
I honestly can't tell the difference between nonfat and regular sour cream (which you could clearly put onion or ranch dip in for flavor) or... you could try a thick nonfat yoghurt (Mountain High, for example). If your favorite yoghurt is too liquid to use as a dip, put a piece of cheesecloth in a strainer and strain it - makes a great dip/soft cheese consistency when it's done.

Healthy does not necessarlly equal less calories, just remember that.

Salsa & hot sauces are a good choice if your stomach can handle them.

Try looking at Trader Joe's for something.
