His eyes could have been red due to allergies or something. So you don't really know if he was high. But if you do know that he is a drug user then would I date him hell no! Why? say your out on a date with him and he has drugs stashed under YOUR seat of the car and he gets pulled over. WHo do you think is going to get in trouble? Not him cause he is going to say that he didn't know it was there and it is under YOUR seat so you will be in trouble. YOUR parents get called to come pick you up. YOU get to go to court and pay fees and fines and its YOUR butt that gets grounded.

You can't hardly take a guy seriously even when he is clean and sober.
Question should be, do you want to go out with a guy who could have a drug habit? That sounds like trouble from the get go.

I'm sorry, but you shouldn't take it seriously. If he was high, he probably wasn't in the right state of mind to think or made up decisions. So sorry to say, it probably meant nothing. If he really wanted to ask you out for real, he would when he's not high. Sorry!

Just because his eyes were red doesn't mean that he was high. It could have been an infection or something. If his pupils were dilated, that would have been a better indication.

Eh, it depends. You should watch him. If he is a good guy, then take him seriously. But the problem is that it is too early to think about romance. Do it in your like university years.

RUN away from anyone who does drugs! Anyone who drinks is suspect too. They are losers and will take everything you have and demand more. They will never be dependable, never have anything, never be what you need or be there for you. At some point they will steal from you and anyone around you, and you will never live it down, as you will be accused of stealing, or at least bringing him around so he could steal from them. Got it?
