I have tried online translators and keep getting different answers, I am needing the proper translation for my man and mine wedding rings. Any help from anyone that speaks the language and can give me a 100% guaranteed answer would be hugely appreciated.

I guess "entwined spirits" is in Italian "ANIME GEMELLE" (same as it would be 'twin souls' or 'kindred spirits').
Here in Italy we mostly say "è la mia anima gemella" (he/she is my twin soul) at the singular, but I agree with you that to engrave on 2 wedding rings it's better the plural "ANIME GEMELLE".
