i don't know exactly why you are getting cramps when you run 3 hours later.. that doesn't add up but i have some tips...

*drink plenty of water throughout your day because water helps keep cramps away, do drink water before you run but not right before because that can cause you to cramp up (side cramp). drink plenty of water after your run.
*start out walking quickly, then move into a jog, and then start to run... you need to ease your body into the run!
*don't forget to stretch before and after.
*bananas... are supposed to lessen the pain of cramps or help you not get cramps! (it's worked for me).
*running through the pain wont help them get better. if you're running and have a bad side cramp you need to slow down (your body is not happy going at that speed).
*breathing... when you are running it is best to breath in through your nose and out through your nose. if you need to breath out through your mouth that is a hint that you're going to fast.

good luck! hope these tips help and feel better!

hmm well if u run to much then u prolly will get cramps hmmm well for one thing u prolly wont be able to get rid of the cramps completely though as you get in better shape they wont come as frequently or painfully and you'll prolly be able to run longer without cramps, i dont really no about breathing but i will prolly help if u try to limit breathing through your mouth maybe try breathing through your nose and teeth if u have to have air through your mouth hope this helps!

I'm not an expert but you say you TRY to run 3 times a week. So if it isnt something you regularily do, or you dont strech often, your body isnt used to that so slowly go for a jog more often and longer and your body should get used to it.

You sweat too much while running, and you are lacking of minerals. You need table salt, as sea salt, or some ca/Mg supplements.
