I am 5'3,150-158 lbs and desperate to lose weight. I refuse to be anorexic or to totaly cut out food (considering i absolutely love it) But i am aiming to lose 20 pounds, or reach around 135 (my height and age's ideal weight).
I found a "lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks" diet on google, consisting of:
Fruit, vegetables, and nuts only.
no milk, juice,coffee or tea, water ONLY.
take a long jog or run every day, wearing a sweater no matter how hot it is (the more you sweat the more you lose) and drinking LOTS of water.
does this diet sound good? i also want to add in taking apple cider vinager pills...will that help?
Please give me your opinion!
