I do, it's a recipe I found on the web. It's all about the potato and cheese! Yum! Don't count calories with this one, you'll have to save this for an "off-diet" night.
Doris' Cheese Potatoes
8 servings 1 1/2 hours 30 min prep
8 Big Baking Potatoes
8 ounces Velveeta Cheese (cubed)
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup real Mayonnaise
1/2 cup crumbled bacon (or bacon bits)
1/2 cup sliced green olives
Salt/Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Peel potatoes, cook in boiling water about 20 minutes until tender.
Cool and chop potatoes into cubes.
Mix all other above ingredients in a separate bowl.
Put potatoes in lightly greased 9x13 pan.
Put cheese mixture over top, mix to evenly coat potatoes.
Cover dish with foil, and bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
Add Salt and Pepper as desired.

2 plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
1/3 cup grated parm reggiano

Heat a saute pan to medium high, add the butter and sliced mushrooms. Cook mushrooms down, adding a little of the marsala if they start sticking to the pan.
When the mushrooms are soft, add the minced garlic and shallot. Let them soften and cook, then splash them with the rest of the marsala. Cook mushrooms another 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Butter a baking pan large enough to fit the gnocchi in a single layer. Fill pan with gnocchi. Pour the reduced cream over gnocchi and sprinkle with thyme. Cover with mushrooms, then the chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 375 til golden and bubbling.

Yup beef and noodles. I make them in the crock. Cook up roast the day before or use left over roast. Cut up meat put in crock. Add 1 can of beefy mushroom soup, 1 pkt or Lipton's onion soup mix. 5 cups of water and 1 tsp of beef base. Add a bag of kluski noodles. Put on low and cook all day. 6-7 hrs. You might have to add alittle more broth. The football and baseball boys have it devoured before anyone else gets a chance to get any. They even ask my son if I'm bringing it to the banquets!

My chicken tet
1 pkg spaghetti noodles
1-2 cans condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup
chicken
shredded cheddar
Boil your chicken and save the stock. (reserve 1-2 cups of stock). Put chicken aside to cool, then de-bone the chicken into chunks. Boil pasta in stock until cooked (still save the reserved 1-2 cups separately, drain. Add condensed soup(don't add water or milk to it), chicken and pasta with as much of the reserved stock as you want (depends on how thick or juicy you want the dish). Sprinkle cheddar on top. Bake in oven on 350 until heated through and cheese is melted on top. (remember everything is already cooked so you aren't cooking it again, just heating through.
My kids love it and the leftovers last and last.

Simple dish that is quick to put together and make. Tilapia with a light breading. Melt butter, dip fish in it, dip in flavored breading and place in oven for about 8 minutes. Tender, moist, tasty and easy.
