Do what you can, but realize getting to your dream means more then a little bit of livlyhood. So use that passion you have, to help yourself, gain your dream, THEN do EVERYTHING you can to help them. Becoming a great scientist could break you thou dependent on what branch you go into. But the points not about making money, its about making a mark, and leaving a legacy. Besides that, you need to have a good heart-2-heart with those 2 bro's and the sister about what NEEDS to be done. But you accomplishing your goal MOST happen, its best for you and the family, trust me on that one. Second is talking to the family about how you ALL going to handle this. It well cost you your dreams to do this on your own. Just try and get everyone to see the same page, and I'm more then sure your dad doesn't live rich, just make sure he is tooken care of and leave your mark! He'll live and die happy if he is the great guy, that made you....
