My collection's a work-in-progress, but I've got at my apt: 4 different versions of the Bible, 2 Qur'ans, a Satanic bible, Dianetics, one of the Tipitaka collections, a Book of Mormon, a Holy Piby (if that qualifies), the Book of the SubGenius, the Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, and parts of the Avesta.

I'm an atheist, BTW.
And CC showed his absolute ignorance there.

Let me be clear: I don't consider anything to be "holy", that's why I quoted 'holy', but that was the only way I could have worded it to where everyone would understand the question clearly.

I have the Qur'an in Arabic and Qur'an translations in 7 languages.
I have the bible in 8 different versions and 6 bibles in different languages.
I have the book of Mormon.
I have the Vedas.
It's not a question if one has them, but is one reading and understanding them? Books are meant to be read not to be place as part of the house's internal decoration.

Religious canon and/or books on religion?
I own a couple of different Bibles (KJV, Good News), a Koran, Book of Mormon, Tao Te Ching, the Bhagava Gita, The Satanic Bible (and all other "official" books from the Church of Satan), several Wicca books, the "Necronomicon" from Simon publishing, plus some general "world religion" books, Zen koans, a few books from atheists or psychologists on religion, etc..
I'm probably forgetting a bunch too. Nobody can say I never researched religion though.

I have a couple of bibles, one copy of the new testament, an English translation of the Quran, the Gnostic Gospels and the dead sea scrolls. Several books by the Dali Lama quite a bit of Hindu scripture and a couple of copy's of the course in miracles.
I have learned a great deal from all of them, but the only one I consider a holy book is the course in miracles.
Love and blessings Don

As far as religious texts go -- I have The Bible, The Quran, The Satanic Bible, The Book of Mormon, The Lesser Key of Soloman, and probably 5 or 6 assorted books on witchcraft.
The only books on my shelf that I consider "holy" are the "Dune" series by Frank Herbert ... only the greatest work of science fiction of all time, lol.

shelf as in...'collection' collecting dust or 'in progress' like you are actually working through this plethora of literature to understand their principles?
The books on my bed, that I actually read are two versions of the NKJV Bible, a concordance, a biblical marriage book or two and a nightstand of Christian books on spiritual warfare, marriage and prayer.
