If your step-dad and mom got a divorce would your step-brother/sister still be your step-brother/sister.
I'm just curious.

Emotionally, yes. Legally, no.

Divorces really screw with kids heads and mess up their sense of family. But the people you care about, you can always care about, even if they are no longer considered family. You can still call them your step-sis/bro if you so desire.

Not legally,but Iam sure it's kind of like adoption to a degree when you take on a family you all become one as you are legally binded,but not as in a way where you have to pay for the childs upbringing as you are not their biological parent(s).

No i don't think that they would be becuase they were step brothers and sisters anyway so no i wouldn't think so but if you really like them then i guess youcould still think of them as your brothers or sisters.

NO,..but after going threw this also, we still treat one another like family, we were together for years how could you not.

yes as long as you contenue contact and interaction...if not then no you are not related
