Oh my goodness, NO, it certainly does not make you stronger in any way shape or form!!! It consumes your body and your mind and makes your hair thin and dry, your teeth fall out, your skin is gray and your cheeks sink in. You become paranoid and think everyone is out to get you and have almost no grip on reality.
Who ever told you that is either very uninformed or they are trying to get you to try it. Stay far away from it in any form, it is a life ender. People loose everything, there families, friends, homes, careers, health and sanity.

People use amphetamine illegally because it's relatively cheap and easy and convenient to come by an intoxication. I won't say it makes one any stronger but I will say it tends to slim the individual down somewhat after repeated intoxications so as to bring muscles into more prominent display.

They use it illegally because it's illegal, and it is so for a reason; SPEED KILLS!!! The only way it makes you stronger is it's own power over YOU which makes you feel invincible. That happens because your brain and body chemistry are so f*cked up you have zero ability to regulate yourself and lose insight into how sick you are. It gives you a brain that is so full of holes you'd swear it's a piece of Swiss cheese.
Google images of "meth users" and see the before and after photos of meth users. I hope to God it scares the holy crap out of you!

Amphetamines are stimulants. They can make you high, increase endurance (sometimes used by athletes), and make you more alert (sometimes used by college students to increase study time). They are seriously dangerous, so the short-term benefits are totally overshadowed by the health risks.
