Thoroughly clean your hands before you cleanse your face. When detox the face never use water that is too hot or too cold. Lukewarm is the ideal temperature of water when detoxification the face.
Apply a bit of the TimeSlip RG-Cell®’s Phyto A Cleanser. Implement it on your face and rub some gently onto the face with your fingertips or pull some of the cleanser into a washcloth or gauze pad and then apply it to the ski
Cleanse from the neck up to the hairline in some sort of circular motion. Make this massage extra for forehead and t zone. These locations are more prone to holding oil and dirt. For a thorough cleanse, you should spend around 3 minutes massaging the product into your skin.
The final rinse is a key step in facial detox. Rinse the complexion with lukewarm water. Continue doing this for until you remove all cleanser.

Luke warm water is what i would recommend. It gets rid of all the dirt particles that will be on your face and cleans the pores at the same time.

You should always wash your face with warm water (never hot!) to open up your pores and always rinse with cool water to close them :)

First rinse with hot water to open you poors. then cleanse it with your face wash or something. then rinse with really cold water to close your poors. since your poors were open when you used face wash they are not clean and ready to be closed. this reduced my blackheads slighty. nothing dramatic but it keeps you rpoors nicer.

Warm water. If you use hot water you would burn yourself. And if you use cold water you wouldn't get your face clean as well.
