He is older, but does this mean interest?

I was at work today and this married guy who has shown signs of being attracted to me was working today as well. He always has his office door open, and it faces the front door to the department, with is made of glass and goes out to a secluded hallway.

I went out to the hallway to make a quick phone call, and would glance at him occasionally - but, 3 times, he simply stopped what he was doing - writing or typing - and simply sat there, staring at me. He smiled whenever I caught his eye too. But then I had to look away, because I was actually trying to talk to someone!

There was no one else around, and he is 10 years older and a director - I'm just an entry-level temp!

Does this mean he's flirting? He does seem to stare a lot, but what does it mean?

Kimberly how old are you? Never mind doesn't matter, your new to this are you not? Just realize yes its flirting, but that doesn't mean he wants to marry you and have your kiddos, so don't get all stary eye on me, just because some old pervert descided that the new temp was screwable..... jsut get what ever pride points you need out of it to hold your head higher and walk on, because theres nothing for you in him.....
