Use the inside of potatoes (cut reasonably sliced) and hold them down,circulate them around and it should help them become less puffy/make the area appear more 'lighter'.-I believe you can get the same effect with cucumbers.

Cold cucumber slices on your eyes for 5-10 minutes. Helped me!

There are some good cremes out there for this as well if you are willing to spend the $. They aren't make up but treat the actual dark circles. See the below sites for help. Search "dark circles" or "eye treatments".

Cover your eyes with cotton soaked in luke warm milk for 15 minutes everyday to remove the dark circles around your eyes or dip cotton pads into freshly extracted mint juice, flatten them and place them on closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. try clean and clear eye brightening cream. all u have to do is dab it on until it dissolves into ur skin and it is not expensive at all. it is like 5 dollars and will last for about a month or two

You can buy these things at some places like Sephora or Bath & Body Works that you wear at night and they supposedly get rid of them. I don't know how though..

Try some warm teabags. Not flavored =) that should do the trick
