Depends Upon The Type Of 'Remover' You're Talking About.
Is It Permanent Color? If Not, You Can Use A Product Like CLAIROL® METALEX™ Which Is A Conditioner That Will Remove Artificial Color. Or CLAIROL® UNCOLOR™ Liquid, Which Is For Removing Temporary And Semi-Permanent Color. (Both Are Found In Beauty Supplies) Here's A Link:http://www.amazon.com/Clairol-Metalex-First-Condition-Corrective/dp/B000FVEKU0

These Will NOT Damage Your Hair Any Farther. However, You Will Need To Get Some SERIOUS Reconditioning For The 'DEAD' Hair. If Its PERMANENT Color. - SEE A PROFESSIONAL. (Or You May End Up 'Dissolving' Your Hair) P.S. YES - Haircolor Remover(s) Work, And Usually Doesn't Damage The Hair. There Are Different Types And You Shouldn't Use Them On Hair That's ALREADY DAMAGED.

I dyed red over bleached blonde. oops. Big mistake. It turned an ugly disaster red that I did not want. So I bought' Revlon's 'COLOROOPS' at the drugstore, my local Rite Aid - all the ick came out, and I was back to blonde in one afternoon! The damage wasn't too bad, just use alot of conditioner. However, the blonde I had was a lighter shade, but still nice. Good Luck. I recommend this product, it's usually in the hair dye aisle, on the bottom shelf.
