Is there a way to find out what are the most highest paying jobs per stater? Per carrier? Ex. Im a vet looking for a job in NY. Who pays the best?

Two ideas for you...
check out www.salary.com - you can plug in various jobs and then by region to see what they will pay (remember that the amounts they cite are optimistically high, so take the wages with a grain of salt).
Another option is to go to www.bls.gov - the bureau of labor statistics, which is probably the "definitiive" source.
You won't get a quick answer either way, because you will have to spend some time in either website, but they should both give you a good idea of what to expect for pay in various fields.

Did you try FedEx, UPS and other similar companies? Call them, or go to their website to see what information is available for new job applicants.

I saw a site last year for the first, I think their guide is so strong and they have many secrets that no one don't know about it, Go and visit them, and then plz tell me about what do you think about their secrets, They are a great site I think.
