FIRST YOU HAVE TO WIN THE RACE, THEN COME TO A COMPLETE STOP, FULL BRAKE, THEN GAS AT THE SAME TIME, CRANK THE WHEEL TO THE RIGHT OR LEFT AND LET OFF THE BRAKE, THAT SHOULD DO IT.

The driver has a control on the dash which actuates different percentages of brake-bias that means as he drives he can manually control exactly how much front or rear brake he wants. to make the car enter corners better.
In victory lane the bias is turned all the way to the front brakes. They come to a nearly full stop by pushing on the brake petal. The rear calipers aren't clamping on the rotors much at all. The driver sticks the shifter in low gear, stuffs his foot on the brakes and removes his foot from the clutch.
Presto! Burnout.
A featherlight modified is a different story. There is a bias adjuster but the large tires naturally get more traction than a Nextel Cup Car. Although they share the same clutch as a Nextel car. Burnouts could spell disaster to the delicate transmissions and quick change rear end.

Anyone can do a burnout but it takes a numarically low first gear and a very low ratio rear end gear set up plus some suds under the hood.
