What would you be willing to pay somebody to produce these from home:
- a spreadsheet (or set of) for any purpose, varying from simple to very complex..
- publicity for an event (design only, poster/leaflet size or both)
- type up or format a report or document
- design a MySpace page
- other computer based (any examples)

As someone already said, people already pay for these and more.

For an idea of prices, check out the following websites (among others) where people are already successfully selling similar services:

http://london.craigslist.org/
http://www.domystuff.com/home
http://www.elance.com/p/landing/buyer.html
http://www.guru.com/

They are also, of course, an excellent place to advertise your services once you decide what exactly it is that you want to do :)

Good luck!

Quicker to do the spreadsheet myself as I have the information in front of me, and am well versed in Excel
We have a PR branch for publicity
Type at 65 wpm, or if I need it have others that can do it, not to mention many things typed are proprietary in nature
Talk to the kids about MySpace
Have experts hired for any other computer problems including programming issues.
Have no need for this as either I can do myself, or have people available that can.

Most people with MS office can do these tasks for free by themselves. Myspace has its own templates, anyone can design their own spaces.

You will have to offer something very unique or different to get people to pay you. Perhaps if you have more than one language - and can translate such documents. People might be willing to pay for that service.

People do pay for those things already, except for the MySpace design - there's plenty of those floating around the internet for free already.

No idea on prices.
