I have been in a relationship for about a year now. Currently my girlfriend and I have been going through some problems with trust and honesty. I have destroyed a lot of her trust and honesty. How do I rebuild this?I have been trying to call her and email her fro a few days now. She oes not answer. Should I continue to try or just give her a little time to think and contact me? I am pretty confused right now. I love this girl with all my heart. She means everything to me. I am in a foreign country and without her nothing else is important to be here.

I don't know what you did to damage the trust you both had, but you have to understand that trust is something that once it gets damaged takes a lot to build it back up. I would email her and let her know that you are sorry, that you are going to give her some space to think things over, and when she is ready to talk, she is to call or email you asap. If you love her that much, why did you do what you did? Think about that, and you need to decide if you are ever going to do it again, or anything else that will tear down the trust.

Trust and honesty are main functions of a relationship so i would give her sometime. Once those things are broken it takes time to get them back and calling and emailing are not going to do it.

If you loved her with all your heart you would not have destroyed her "trust and honesty." You need to rethink what love truly is. She does need some time to sort things out but don't be surprised if she never contacts you again.

I think that the best thing would be to give her a little time. She will tell you what she thinks. Maybe send her a email or sms or voice message telling her that you are going to give her a little time to think about and to contact you when she;s ready!

You should try to contact her one more time and if she doesn't answer tell her that you love her and your going to give her space and time to think and she can contact you when she is ready to.

you probably gave her the impression you cheated or done something bad or your gf is cheating on you. both of you are not in the same country. for christ sake
