INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 boneless pork chops
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high-heat. Place the pork chops in the oil, and sear.
In a medium bowl, combine the soup and the milk. Arrange the potatoes and onions in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the browned chops over the potatoes and onions, then pour the soup mixture over all.
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Top with the cheese, and bake for 30 more minutes.
or if i want something quick i shake and bake them.

Here is they way I like to bake my chops
Warm the Oven! Pork Chop Bake
Ingredients
Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil
6 pork chops
Seasoned Salt to taste
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cups dry instant mashed potato flakes
10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet Warm the Oven! Savory Cheese Dip Mix
Directions
In large skillet, pour enough Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil to coat bottom; heat pan over medium high heat. Season pork chops with Seasoned Salt; sear pork chops to brown them. Combine broth, water, milk and butter; microwave until just boiling. Add potato flakes, soup and Warm the Oven!; mix well. Spread mixture evenly in greased 9 x 13 pan. Place pork chops on top; cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven; let sit 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

************OVEN BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH STUFFING
4 pork chops/pork steaks
3 c. soft bread cubes
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 melted butter
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Place pork chops in greased shallow baking dish. (13 x 9 inches). Mix together all other ingredients except the soup, and mound the stuffing mixture over each pork chop. Mix the soup with a 1/3 can of water and pour over the pork chops. Cover dish with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender.
Hint: Put green beans or another favorite vegetable in one side of the dish and top with water or vegetable juice, and you will have your whole meal complete. Serves 4.

PINEAPPLE TERIYAKI PORK CHOPS
4 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
Combine teriyaki, sugar and pineapple juice in a large resealable bag. Mix well. Add pork chops. Put in refrigerator and let marinare for 4-6 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chops from mixture; cook on hot grill for 7 minutes on each side or until chops are done.

Mine is baked pork chops and pineapple
4 pork chops,flour , salt and pepper ,4 slices pineapple and juice.
Place chops lightly floured ,salt and pepper on 4 slices of pineapple. Pour pineapple juice diluted with a little water over chops . Bake in 350 oven untill chops are fork tender. chops can be turned over to brown . good luck and happy eating .

I sautee my pork chops with a little butter and fried onions, when the outside is browned, I finish them with a brown gray (in the same pan) and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes on 350. Delicious. and super simple.
